CAMPGROUND

This is a great interstate campground!  Just off Interstate 80 and the Big Springs Exit, you will find McGreer Campground.  We were on our way to Colorado Springs from Council Bluffs, Iowa and this was the perfect overnight campground for us.

The campground is not huge, but all the sites are Full Hook Ups which is great when you are passing through!  I would say there are 15-20 spots that they have available.

Their campground is also a working farm, so it was fun to see the chickens, farm equipment and other items around the campground.

There is an office building with a restroom and a nice clean shower house.

A rental cabin is also next to the office – please call the campground for additional information.

SUMMARY

Whether you need a spot for just one night – or are in the area of Big Springs, NE McGreer campground is a wonderful place to stay.  The staff was very friendly, and we loved that we could have full hook ups for just the one night we stayed there.  I would recommend staying at McGreer Campground!
