Unicorn Shakes

Unicorn Shakes!!

It’s the middle of summer, and who doesn’t love a Milkshake!  And not just any plain old vanilla milkshake –a towering blast of whipped cream, vanilla frosting, rainbow sucker, candy explosion Unicorn Shake!!   Unicorns are all the rage, so we decided to make Unicorn Shakes at the Campground!!

Our special guests are the Hancock’s our camping friends and neighbor’s!!  Thanks to Chad, Wendy, Hannah and Tara for all of their assistance making and enjoying the Unicorn Shakes!!

My first stop was Party City – where I found some of the wonderful suckers and treats we added to the milkshakes!  I couldn’t find straws with unicorns, so Party City had some super cute stickers that we added to twisty straws!

Also check out Dollar Tree for cups, stickers, straws and treats!!  Dollar Tree is always my go to stop, when I need some party décor help!

How to make a Unicorn Shake:

Step 1:

Layout all the essentials!

Cups, Vanilla Frosting, all the accrutimonts ie:  CANDY EXPLOSION!!  to add to your shakes, vanilla ice cream, sprinkles of many different colors and sizes, straws milk and of course don’t forget your handy dandy blender!  I love my Ninja Blender!!

Step 2:

Frost each cup around the lip with Vanilla Frosting – then add sprinkles!

Step 3:

Make the Milkshake in the blender!  Asking Hubby to run the power equipment is a plus!!

We just used plain vanilla ice cream and 2% Milk and then added Rainbow Sprinkles in for added Unicorn flavor!

**Adults Only – you can add some Cupcake flavored vodka or other flavored vodka for a upgraded – adult milkshake!

Step 4:

Pour the Milkshake in the Glass!

Step 5:

Don’t forget the Whipped Cream – and the Sprinkles!!

Step 6:

Add all the candy to your cup!

We used Rainbow Suckers, blue and pink (cotton candy suckers), Butterfly Suckers, marshmallow rainbow twists and Airhead’s Extreme Sour Candy strips!

Step 7:

Enjoy!!

Who can’t resist a can of Whipped Cream!!

I need this in my life. Hahaha. In all seriousness though, this is too amazing and I’m going to save it for when my daughter is older!
